At Identity Nutrition, our focus is to empower individuals with the knowledge and tools to manage their overall health. We prioritize educating patients about their conditions and providing guidance on prevention strategies. We believe that a disease does not define who you are, and your worth is far greater than your struggles. Your identity is about becoming the best version of yourself, and that's exactly what we strive to help you achieve.
Christina Brochet MA, RD, LDN, CDE
Christina is a Licensed Registered Dietitian, Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist and has a Master’s degree in Nutrition Education. She has over 20 years of experience in almost every area of nutrition. She started off volunteering during her summers in college at a camp for children with type 1 diabetes. She has been an adjunct professor at Immaculata University, community health educator and an outpatient dietitian. She also worked as an eating disorder dietitian leading groups and offering individual counseling.
Christina enjoys the diversity being a dietitian offers. To say she wears many hats is an understatement. She continues to work at local hospitals, at drug and alcohol rehab centers, and as a consultant. “I feel being well-rounded is what makes me stand out. I have the experience to help clients manage their diseases and meet their goals.” She uses her experience and knowledge to help clients develop an individualized plan and improve their health.

Christina is a rock star in the registered dietician world! Having worked with countless registered dieticians, nutritionists and other self proclaimed “experts” throughout my 40+ year struggle with a restrictive eating disorder, I can confidently say that Christina was the first and only professional to truly listen to me and work with me as a person, not just a patient, as I tried to nutritionally rehabilitate and heal my body. I attribute her gentle, yet firm approach, coupled with her comprehensive knowledge of all things eating disorder-related, to my on-going recovery. I cannot give higher praise to her both as a professional and a person!

Christina has help me so much in my nutritional life. I haven't weighed myself in months. I'm eating meals and snacking. With Christina eating doesn't feel as suffocating as it did before. She has made my relationship with food so much better and I'm forever grateful. I now am an advocate for myself and she helped me to not be stuck in that awful situation. I'm doing better and I owe part of that to Christina. I'm so thankful for her and I know she will continue to help thousands of others.

When I started working with Christina at Identity Nutrition my HbA1C was 13%. My doctors were concerned and told me I needed to make some changes. I didn't know where to start until talking with Christina. She broke things down for me and gave me real-life advice. I am happy to report my most recent HbA1C was 9.7%. I am not at my goal yet but I am getting close and I couldn't have done it without her guidance.
