Diabetes
Controlling your diabetes can feel like a full time job! Our diabetes nutrition counseling focuses on practical, sustainable strategies that support blood glucose levels, while lowering your HbA1C. We help you navigate everyday challenges like meal planning, grocery shopping, and eating out. With individualized guidance and supportive, our diabetes educator will work with your to build habits that support stability, energy, and long-term wellbeing.


Eating Disorders
A diagnosis of anorexia nervosa, bulimia, ARFID, and binge eating disorder can all be unsettling to hear. It is important that you have a treatment team with experience in eating disorders. The dietitian at Identity Nutrition has worked in the inpatient and outpatient setting (including IOP and PHP) with eating disorders. She will work collaboratively to improve your nutrition, challenge unhelpful patterns, and create a plan that aligns with your medical team’s guidance. Sessions focus on accomplishing small goals, practical tools for meals and snacks, navigating fear foods, and reducing anxiety around eating. With a compassionate approach rooted in respect and evidence-based care, we help you move toward stability, confidence, and a more peaceful relationship with food—at a pace that feels safe and sustainable.

Medical Nutrition Therapy is an evidence-based, individualized approach that uses nutrition to manage and prevent health conditions.
